Gamla Wine
Gamla Merlot exhibits aromatic cherry and berry fruit characters, layered with notes of chocolate, orange zest, spice and dried herbs. This full-bodied Merlot offers satisfying concentration of flavor.Although ready to drink now, the 2014 Gamla Merlot should improve in the bottle for a number of years, and will remain in excellent drinking condition for about seven years from vintage. Give the wine a go with slow-cooked roast beef, grilled lamb burgers, or pan-roasted duck breast.

Zokoko Tranquilidad Chocolate
Pure origin bean to bar chocolate. ‘Cocodrilo especial’ is a wild harvested cacao from the chocolatales of Tranquilidad, near Baures, Bolivia. This chocolate has notes of honey and dried fruit with balanced cocoa flavour and a luxurious, delicate finish. 72% cacao content. 85g Net. Ingredients: cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier (sunflower lecithin).
Walters Nougat
In 1999 Gilly Walters started making her unique artisanal soft honey nougat for guests at music concerts held at her home. Spurred by rave reviews, Gilly began to sell her nougat at the local farmer’s market and from there Walters Nougat was born.
Walters Nougat is still a family business and we make our Mum’s nougat the same way she made it, in small batches with great care on our farm. Our Mum created the first ever nougat biscuit and we continue to share these with the world from our small bakery here in the South African Midlands, all the while keeping a very particular eye on quality, just the way she did.
