What Is Laurent Perrier Kosher Champagne?

The wine cellars of the Moët & Chandon Champagne House are situated ten to thirty metres underneath the ground and are also the largest champagne cellars in the world with a size of twenty-eight kilometres. These cellars provide the perfect environment for the Moët & Chandon Champagne since the cellars are a true blend of nature and manmade materials.
Mount Zero Olives
These salt cured, kalamata olives have been lemon pressed with fennel seeds. They have been simply cured in rock salt straight after picking. This leaves the olives with an intense “umami-ness” and pure concentrated Kalamata flavour. After curing, we lightly marinate the olives in a mixture of fennel seeds and our freshly-pressed lemon olive oil. Dry salt curing leaves these olives slightly shriveled like date or dried prune.
