Negroni Gin
This gin marks the inaugural collaboration in Four Pillars’ ‘Bartender Series,’ born from a conversation between distiller Cameron and renowned bartender Jason Williams. Their goal was to craft a gin specifically designed for the Negroni. Four Pillars Spiced Negroni Gin is a highly aromatic, rich, and undeniably spicy gin with remarkable power and intensity.
A standout feature is the inclusion of Grains of Paradise, an exotic West African spice known for its unique clove and Sichuan-like characteristics. Despite its potency, this spice imparts a warm glow rather than intense heat. The botanical basket also features organic blood oranges and ginger, whose fragrant profiles elevate the spice blend to new heights. Additionally, the plates were opened up to enhance the gin’s weight and intensity.
